Viber releases its most significant upgrade for 2017.
Viber’s “Chat Extensions” now allow users to access through their “chat window” in a wide range of content from top applications and services such as “YouTube”, “Spotify”, “VICE media”, “Booking.com” and “GIPHY”. So users do not have to switch constantly between the different applications on their device.
This feature gives more than 800 million Viber users around the world access to third-party content and services directly through their “chat window”. So users enjoy a very enjoyable, uninterrupted chat experience as they can receive and share content that is important to them without ever leaving chat.
Users can now search through the “chat screen” with their contacts and share material such as their favorite “YouTube” videos, songs from “Spotify”, “GIPHY”, “Guggy” and “Getty” images, or schedule the perfect stay via “Booking.com”. Soon users will also have instant access to exciting and original content from “VICE media”.
One of the highlights of Viber’s new feature is the “YouTube” chat extension.“YouTube” videos are among the most popular links exchanged between users in their Viber conversations. Now the largest video platform in the world is accessible in the user’s chat screen. Users can search, share as well as view videos from “YouTube” without leaving their chat environment.
In addition to the very enjoyable video experience, Viber brings music and the ability to share music files to the overall user navigation within the messaging application. “Spotify”‘s new extension to Viber chat allows users to access their favorite music tracks and share them in their conversations at the touch of a button.
For the latest information on news, culture, nutrition, fashion, music, sports, technology, and others, Viber users do not have to look far beyond the “VICE” chat extension. The world’s leading media company for young people will have a conversation extension created to offer users original content through “chat”. “VICE” excels in creating exciting, authentic content for each platform.
