A new catastrophic computer virus is being trafficked through facebook and even “portrays” one of the victim’s friends.
Through the messaging service it sends a link to a known web site like youtube.com and asks the user to download a software. This is what makes the damage and destroys the computer completely.
Malware was detected by Internet Security Investigator David Jackson, who also became a target. He stated that he had received a message from one of his friends, with whom he rarely communicates in reality, with a link and an icon that indicated “shock”.
“After a few minutes of processing the message, I realized something was wrong”,
he said.
He admitted, however, that it has not yet been known how the virus started and asked all facebook users to be very careful.
