The indications

Children who tend to be addicted to the Internet often do the night … day after they do not stop playing even when their body is exhausted. There are not only a few times when their obsession with their computer does not make any difference to their physical hygiene – they do not change clothes for days, or forget to bathe.

Other times they are frustrated when they are off the Internet.

Several times a sudden school failure is linked to excessive exposure to the Internet -since the lack of sleep and rest, due to the evening tours on the internet, is visible the next day at school- where more and more students appear sleepless and tired.

At the same time, cases with sleep disturbances and changes in sleep patterns and also reduced physical activity have been identified.

Excessive use of the computer and the Internet also seems to be related to the appearance of psychosomatic symptoms such as headache, stomach ache, back pain, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, dizziness and difficulty concentrating.
