The new Intel Core processors work with a new generation graphics graphics AMD Radeon RX Vega M.
According to what was announced at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, the 8th generation Intel Core will have a built-in 4 GB second-generation graphics card. This configuration will be available on the Intel Core i5 and i7 models in order to balance performance and portability. Intel processors include Intel Quick Sync Video technologies, HEVC 10b and hardware acceleration H264, and they can support 4K quality video playback.
This is the first form of collaboration between Intel and AMD, which until now has been seen as classic competitors. The announcement at CES 2018 was enough to surprise all those involved in technological developments. According to Intel, embedding HMB2 VRAM 4 GB memory for graphics is the one that allows the performance of a laptop to grow, while at the same time not losing flexibility.
Intel claims that this configuration will allow satisfactory gaming performance over a three year old Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GTX 950M graphics card.
