Facebook is an amazing tool to keep in contact with relatives, friends and acquaintances. But the facilities offered to come with a price: your personal moments and information.
That’s why there are ways to make your profile more private if you’re tired of all this extroversion.
Of course, always runs the risk of a “hacker” to get into your “online home”, as recently happened with the massive security bug affecting the social network; but that is not in your hand.
Unlike the following settings at your discretion.
Settings
On the main page of the profile there is a magic button on the top right; triangle for “desktop” and three lines for “mobile”. There you can find the “Settings” option.
Who sees the post

By selecting “Privacy” in the left-hand bar, you are given the option to set who sees your activity.
Are the posts Public? Only friends see them? Are your friends follow them, except by certain people? You pick and take.
Who can communicate with you
Below are several options: who can send you a friend request as well as who can find you through the “e-mail” and the phone you’ve given to Facebook.
If you want to close the communication channels with the last two categories, or to say that you want to receive friendship requests only from friends of your friends.
Finally, you have the ability to “hide” your profile from other search engines.
The drastic solution
In a marvelous new world that all seem to be moving around “social media” there are some people who have already been bored with this whole electronic feast. If you are one of them, there is a drastic solution: go back to the main menu of settings, click on “account management” and then there is the option you are looking for and it says, in blue letters, “disable your account”.
