Lenovo presented its own proposal for the laptop of the future as part of the Transform event in New York.
Lenovo has shown a proposal for a small laptop that is permanently in operation, with a built-in keyboard on its flexible body, a light weight to always have it with you, an initiative that calls the future of a personal computer or Future Of Personalized Computing.
In addition to the touchscreen with which such a model will be equipped, the voice interface plays a central role here.
The trackpad is shining through its absence and comes to be replaced by the owner’s voice operation, while the device itself, which showed as a concept for a future ThinkPad by Lenovo, will have a built-in digital assistant that can talk to the user.
In fact, it was highlighted by Lenovo that with voice commands, the user will be able to perform much more of what we are used to with a modern digital assistant.
The flexible screen extends to the top of the keyboard, providing plenty of space for content display, despite the small and compact size of the device that most closely resembles a book and less a laptop.
It goes without saying that Lenovo has not prepared a device with these features but only on an experimental level.
