Microsoft provides Azure Bot service to developers

The Microsoft Azure Bot service is widely available to developers, along with Microsoft Cognitive Language Understanding.

In fact, Microsoft’s move is to make it easier for developers to design applications that allow the use of bots for a wide range of usage scenarios. Developers are trying to provide solutions to the needs of consumers through their communication with properly designed bots in real time. Artificial Intelligence, which can talk in real time with a person, can prove to be an excellent way of solving problems or servicing needs.

Microsoft provides developers with a variety of tools that they can equip a bot in order to be able to communicate in real-time with a person. Microsoft’s goal is to make these tools as flexible as possible in order to be able to handle a wide range of needs and usage scenarios.

These Bots do not need to be used solely on the Azure platform, as they can be displayed on Chat platforms like Facebook Messenger or Kik. Ultimately, Microsoft wants the bots created with its tools to give the feeling to anyone who talks to them that a man, rather than an Artificial Intelligence, is in front of them.
