Is there no reason to upload photos from our holiday to Instagram and other social media? Rather not, a survey from British insurance company Aviva says.

According to this, 73% of users are bothered and even quite a bit when they see Facebook or Instagram photos from the places we spend our holiday.

Even worse things are when we come back from them and still post images with captions and hashtags like #tb and #takemeback, as this frustrates other users more than posts in real time.

In addition, according to the survey, 1 in 5 is uploading material to show off to others and 1 in 10 to make Internet followers jealous, demonstrating that social networks are largely a reservoir of narcissistic tendencies.

Adam Beckett of Aviva commented on the results of the survey that:

“The misuse of social media by 80% of users, as well as the repetition or spamming with hundreds of photos in the short period, leads most to disapprove of these actions. There are not a few even those who do not hesitate even to hide or unfollow those who consider they are tiring them.

If you still like to post, especially on your vacation, just ignore the haters.

Friendly advice; Do not overdo it and watch your spelling!
