
In an explanatory statement, about alleged changes to her search engine, which BBC reported in its blog, Google proceeded.
More specifically, the article reported that the company is preparing a personalized “news feed”, the Facebook model, for its home page, where user will be shown material that may interest him before he searches.
As the company clarifies about “Google Feed”, it’s about adding a feature to the “Google Mobile app” that will provide personalized information to the users based on their history and the topics they follow in their search results.
It will not be available on the browser, on a computer, and on the Google homepage, as highlighted here.
More specifically, a Google spokesperson stated specifically for “Google Feed”:
“We are not planning to integrate “Google Feed” into a desktop version, Google Feed is a mobile-only feature.”
Note that Google has not made any announcements confirming how the search bar will change in any way.
