If you thought you only need the computer time to revise.
You will already know this, based on the work you do on your computer, but you have no idea how many useless files your mobile software keeps through “cookies” and “browser cache”, which not only you do not need but can pose a risk of breach of your personal data.
Why delete them?
First, as we said before, the main volume is full of useless files. Some have come from websites you have visited only once, others come from the “tracking” that is done in your “browser” and that helps to pop up ads left and right trying to convince you to buy something. Maybe you find it a hassle to have to delete from the history the “sites” that you tend to visit often, but in front of the amount of data of the “cookies” and your personal security, we think that there is no issue to discuss.
Regarding “Google Chrome”, which is the most frequent “browser” we use on our mobile phones, there is “clear browsing data” so you can have peace of mind.
So make sure to clean up at least once a month what you don’t need, so you don’t have to worry about someone watching you. At least more regularly than you think.
