Twitter announced that the “Spaces” tool is now available in mobile and computer “web browsers”, stating that its desire to offer the experience on every screen is fulfilled. Twitter users of “Spaces” have the opportunity to schedule reminders about the “Spaces” they want to watch, while at the same time benefiting from the new features built into “descriptions” and “subtitles”.
In fact, based on the new availability in “web browsers”, users can —before they even enter “Spaces”— enjoy a preview of the tool, see a description of the content and then, if they wish, select “Join the space” to participate.
Interesting is the announcement of the company, which said that its tool will now be available to all users. It is recalled that from the beginning only users who had more than 600 followers could make their own “Spaces”.
“Spaces”, as “Techgear” says, ranks users in three categories: “hosts”, “speakers”, and “participants”. Attendees are muted and can only react using “emoji”. However, if they want, they can ask the host to “give” them the floor.
Finally, Twitter has integrated a system that manages blocked users. More specifically, at the time a user signs in to a “Spaces”, a notification is sent, informing him if a participating speaker is related to a blocked person.
