An engineer and a chef who worked at “Space X” —Elon Musk’s space company— have joined forces to create “Stellar Pizza”, a robotic system that can make pizzas from scratch and bake them in no time; just five minutes.
The robot takes the balls of dough and turns them into the base of the pizza and then drops the rest of the ingredients. When this process is complete, the mechanism leads the pizza to the oven to be baked.
People enter the whole process only to take the now baked pizza and serve it to the customers.
The famous American artist Jay-Z, who is Beyoncé’s husband, invested 16.5 million dollars in “Stellar Pizza”.
The company of the robotic mechanism states that the pizza dough is of its own production and has high standards of quality and taste. The robot can make ten types of pizza at a price of 7 to 12 dollars. Understandably, such a quick-to-create, low-cost, high-quality pizza could drive a wedge into the $45 billion annual pizza industry in the United States.
