The American company Microsoft today (yesterday) made the official announcement of the next generation of its operating system “Windows 11”.
CEO Satya Nantella and product development manager Panos Panayi presented the new features of Windows, with an emphasis on modern appearance and ease of use.
“Windows 11” will be available on new PCs and through a free upgrade to “Windows 10” PCs starting this summer. To check if the user qualifies for a free upgrade to “Windows 11”, they must visit “Windows.com” and download the “PC Health Check” application.
Microsoft is also working with retail partners to make sure that the “Windows 10” PCs that customers are buying today are ready to upgrade to “Windows 11”.
