Artificial Intelligence was at the heart of Google’s annual “Cloud Next 2018” conference.
The company made announcements on how “machine learning” and “artificial intelligence” would be made more accessible to developers and businesses.
One of these announcements was the “Cloud AutoML” service, which allows developers to create machine learning programs without specific machine learning or code knowledge.
These services are available to the public.
With “AutoML” developers can use a graphical user interface to learn more and apply models based on their own data. In addition, the program offers translation, in order for the developers to compare the computational translation models already in use.
With the “Cloud Vision API”, users can recognize the writing method and the position of an object in an image.
Improvements made to “Cloud Text-to-Speech” services ensure recognition of the spoken language and the number of conversation participants.
With the “Dialogflow” platform, artificial intelligence enables us to create software that will mimic and follow human communication. An application that could be used in call centers.
From automated to “artificial intelligence-based” call centers, Google intends to make “artificial intelligence” more accessible to developers and businesses.
